New Possible Cause for Fibromyalgia
Is it possible that FM is caused by a "hyper-aroused nervous system"?
According to Barbara Keddy, Ph.D. it is very possible! Dr. Keddy was recently featured in a "Science Daily" article, "Fibromyalgia: The Invisible Disease", where she stoutly defended the insulting suggestion that "it is all in our heads"! She has also written a new book entitled "Women and Fibromyalgia, Living with an Invisible Dis-ease".
I look forward to reading Dr. Keddy's new book and exploring this theory further. I also have the honor of telling you all that she has joined our forum, so please drop her a brief welcome message to let her know how much we appreciate her being with our small group.
You can also visit Dr. Keddy's Blog to read more about her experience with FM, her theory about it's cause and the book. It is a great resource!
I've included a poll at the beginning of this post to see what you all think. Please feel free to cast your vote!
Thanks for reading.
