What I Did that Helped Me!

My Husband went to a flea market in our area and bought some cream for pain. I'd try anything if it would help. Anyway, when he got home, I rubbed some on and I felt relief in a short time - it smelled good too. I couldn't even lift my arms in therapy, you know like putting the ball to the right, left and over your head. My therapist asked me what I was doing because If I continue improving like this, I can stop therapy. I told him my husband bought me this cream to rub on my body and it worked. He asked me to bring some in when I come back and he will try it on some other patients. I even went to a party last week, I haven't done that in a long time because I would have to take my walker - guess what? I didn't need the walker and had a great time. Heck, I might start selling this stuff.
