Take vitamin supplements and get plenty of fiber and water, Pain med's are OK in moderation but they have drawbacks too like constipation. Get up and move around to exercise as this gets the juices going and does help relieve pain. On bad days just cut back on the exercise a bit. Take a hot shower and drink juice and water. Have some hot oatmeal cereal. I know that if I do that it helps a lot.

There have been some new articles about how going gluten-free can help people with Fibromyalgia.
It's at least worth a shot to investigate it

I am new at this forum.
The pain is excrutuaing.
I dont know what to do.
I have tried therapeutic massage, it helps some.
Hydrocodone 750 mgs during the day, it helps a lot.

Any diet recommendations?
i know I have to change what I eat.
