Well, as long as I'm sitting down, I'd say my discomfort is aro 3-4.
When I walk, I'd say its around 6-7
When I try to lift something or work or clean, then aro 9-10
Then at night when I'm trying to get to sleep, its the 4-5 on-the-pain-scale that drives me crazy and keeps me from sleeping. It's amazing how much work trying to go to sleep can become.

At my Doctors and local pain clinic, one of the first questions they ask is what is the pain like today?
Well I can tell you at the moment I'm ranging from 8/9 which is pretty bad.
