Feel like digging a hole and hiding

Today is just an awful day. Probably the worst I have felt in awhile. Woke up this morning stiff and sore. My right elbow throbbing worse today then usual. Hurts to lift things.

By the time I got into work this morning I had a headache from He[[. Seriously feels like someone is squeezing my poor brain! Can feel it all down the back of my neck and into my shoulders. Keep getting waves of nausea and almost feel like passing out. With the medications my doctors have me on, I am not supposed to take any ibuprofen or acetaminophen products. So, I have to suffer through it in hope it goes away soon. Thank God today is Friday and I only have 4 1/2 hours left of my work day. Really looking forward to trying to relax this weekend.
