The British Equivalents .... Empty The british equivelants

Hi there

I have applied for DLA twice and have been refused on both equations and I also suffer from APS. Last year there was a woman on a documentary that had Fibro and she received DLA. Why can't we get help? There are people out there that have nothing wrong with them that get every benefit going, yet people like us get nothing and we're genuinely ill. I don't know what else to do. I was discharged out of hospital last night after being kept in due to my illnesses and I'm worried about losing my job, it's so unfair. It tokk me months to get a job after applying for over 80 jobs I only heard back from 3, no-one wanted to employ me due to my illnesses. What can I do?

Here we have Disability Living Allowance.

We also have Incapacity benefit which is set to change from October of this year.

I would be happy to post any information should this be required.
