Heat Therapy and Fibromyalgia

Hi Everyone -
I truly believe heat therapy is a key component in helping fibromyalgia. I've had it since I was 24. I'll be 28 next month. Every since I purchased this mat I lay on every night, I've actually been able to function. I talked to my boss about going on disability right before I got the mat through my chiropractor/massage therapist. I was spending money on massage therapy two times a week that wasn't giving me enough relief...maybe an hour. I tried anything and everything. The best part of heat therapy is i turn it on before I go to bed and its FDA approved. It penetrates to the muscles, unlike a regular heating pad that only heats the skin surface. Its there for joint and muscle relief among other helpful benefits. I'm not taking any medication and I'm not trying to incorporate all these things through my day that i have to remember to do. I turn it on and i go to bed.

I went from being in pain from morning to night every single day of the month to only having flare ups for a few days around my menstrual cycle.

I was desperate for help. This was by far the worst thing I went through in my entire life. I'm beyond thankful that I came across a massage therapy place that uses these mats. Because I went through a horrible few years with fibromyalgia, i decided to become a distributor for it and write on forums to help others going through what I went through. I would never wish this upon anyone.
