I know its a few days since you posted this, but how are you now? Did you suffer for it afterwards?

I'd be lost if I couldn't drive but do find I have to limit the distance these days. I usually roll up and roll out - very elegantly bottom first ...

First time in months I had managed to drive and visit my parents they were as surprised as I was . I actually managed a 4 hr visit.
Really tired now and feel weak. but feel good about myself
