			<description>As the title says, my mum has been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and it's already very hard for her.. she has alot of pain in her shoulders and back; she's also having memoy problems. And i am here to learn all i can to help her  I may be fussing over her a bit much but i love her and hate to see her going through this.

So far i've found out a few ways to help her and possibly ease her pain.

She finds when her shoulders are sore that a warm hot water bottle can help. 

And a gentle massage  ...</description>
