My mum's been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia..

As the title says, my mum has been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and it's already very hard for her.. she has alot of pain in her shoulders and back; she's also having memoy problems. And i am here to learn all i can to help her I may be fussing over her a bit much but i love her and hate to see her going through this.
So far i've found out a few ways to help her and possibly ease her pain.
She finds when her shoulders are sore that a warm hot water bottle can help.
And a gentle massage too.
She's been getting into the Nintendo Ds games "Brain training" which can help with memory.. She's also playing a Crosswords game.. it has sudoku also..
And having a notepad around helps her to write things down..

I just want someone to explain it to me because i'm only 14 and i don't really understand it!
