judge does not belive in fibro

I was denied two times then got a lawyer. She told me the judge does not belive in fibro, so she didnt want to use it. I thought she new what to do because she has a high succes rate, any way I was denied yet again .How can you win when nobody belives in what you have? I got new dr. reports on the fibro, by the way I have CFS ,depression , anxiety, and severe migrains,so my lawyer is going to use th e fibro this time.
